| This beautiful villa is situated just fifteen minutes from Paphos by car, bus or taxi.
Its location also means that it is only a thirty minute drive to one of three excellent golf courses.
The beach is only ten minutes walk from the villa, and with only a two minute walk to the town centre, where the restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets can be found.
Car hire can be arranged for you if required, Airport transportation and welcome pack are also available on request.
There is also a taxi rank and coach stop situated close by providing a service to Paphos harbour, local market and designer shops.

In the dining area is a black dining table with 6 black leather chairs, across from this is your living room fully fitted with 2 cream leather sofas a cream leather arm chair, standard lamps, rugs and pictures.
To compliment this, there is also a surround sound TV system complete with Sky for all your English programs, football and sports channels. As part of this entertainment system, there are both DVD and Video players. (a selection of films are available in the villa).
Upstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms all color co ordinated and themed.
One master bedroom plus two twin bedded double rooms all with large double fitted wardrobes table lamps and alarm clocks.
Bedroom one has a large 5ft bed with matching side table and dressing table with stool and mirror. There are also two arm chairs all with animal print decoration. Outside is a balcony with two chairs and a table so you can have breakfast and enjoy the view if you wish.
Bedroom two has two 3ft 6ins matching beds and tables also with lovely views.
The third bedroom has two 3ft matching beds bedside cabinet and a view of the sea.
There is a large family bathroom which is fully tiled and fitted with top quality bathroom furniture.
