Spacious dual aspect living room with doors leading out onto the pool area that has superb sea views. There are two sofas, armchair, coffee table, Sony flat screen television, satellite television (limited English channels) DVD player, video, working fireplace and dining table with seating for 8 adults.
The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge freezer, incorporating ice-maker, “Scholts” oven, ceramic hob, dishwashing machine, granite worktop surfaces, microwave and much more.
There is also a guest cloakroom on this level and a study with a desk and two easy chairs.
First floor level
The master bedroom is a double bedroom, having a private terrace with panoramic sea views, a walk-in dressing area and an en-suite bathroom together with bidet. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with access to the roof terrace from which you have panoramic views of the sea. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a child cot.
