| The tranquil port of Latsi is located just outside Polis. Polis is a small seaside town located on the north western 'tip' of the island. Polis Chryschous, its full name, means Golden Town in Greek, and the area is now favoured by those seeking a relaxing holiday. The Polis area extends along the coast beyond the town and is dotted with picturesque fishing villages such as Latsi itself. The charming village of Argaka nestles just outside of Polis town, amongst unspoilt, lush green hillsides. Also within easy reach of the splendid Akamas National Park, this is a truly beautiful area. |

On the lower floor of the villa is a large sitting room complete with games area, which houses an impressive Blu-Ray home cinema system with Denon sound system. There is a large plush sofa, part of which can covert into a double bed), for comfortable viewing. There are storage cupboards and a door out to steps leading up to the pool area. Also on this level is a sauna, with its own large shower, a guest WC and a small, discreet room with washing machine.
The open plan ground floor has a beautiful living area with two fireside chairs and a leather sofa facing a large flat screen TV and DVD player mounted on a central pillar. There are fans on the ceiling for cooling, and relaxing subdued lighting around the room. In this area are also a contemporary dining table and 6 chairs. The living area has patio doors opening out on to a beautifully furnished, covered terrace over looking the pool and gardens. The kitchen area has granite worktops, plenty of cupboard space and is well equipped, having freestanding hob area with extractor, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc.
Upstairs is a beautiful master bedroom with a fully tiled, large en-suite featuring both bath and separate shower with glass enclosure, along with a marble vanity unit. This room also has an internet connection and computer. Patio doors lead out on to a lovely terrace with pergola, having gorgeous views out to sea. There are two further double bedrooms on this level, one of which can also be used as a TV room as it contains a large flat screen TV and DVD player and has a fold out sofa-bed.
