| This lovely new spacious three bedroom villa is set over two levels. The open plan ground floor comprises of a living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area features a leather suite, wooden coffee table, a flat screen television (limited satellite channels) DVD player and CD Player. The dining area features an extendable wooden dining table which can comfortably seat 8 adults.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. and plenty of utensils so you can prepare a true Cypriot feast! A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The spacious master double bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and its own private balcony overlooking the pool area. There are two twin bedded rooms both of which share the full family bathroom. All 3 bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air conditioning units (available at an extra charge) and a safe deposit box is provided. A baby cot and highchair are also available on advance request.
